Job summary

BizForce is seeking a senior, licensed architect to lead production and design for luxury retail projects, including flagship stores and multi-story developments for global brands.

The role requires strong production skills, mentorship for junior staff, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines with US-based teams. Remote, international collaboration is expected, with US Pacific hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience on luxury retail projects including flagship stores and multi-story developments.
• Strong production and construction documentation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Willingness to work US Pacific/West Coast business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural production for luxury retail and high-end commercial projects.
• Develop and maintain construction document sets (plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Produce detailed documentation (door schedules, millwork, wall sections).
• Translate concepts into buildable technical drawings.
• Manage projects from schematic design through construction completion.
• Coordinate with design architects, on-site teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project standards.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain consistent production workflows.
• Participate in coordination meetings with US-based teams.
