D2B in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will plan, implement, and manage campaigns across social, search, email, and display channels to boost brand awareness and generate leads for Australian and New Zealand clients.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 1–3 years proven digital marketing experience.
• Experience with Australian or New Zealand clients or agencies.
• Strong SEO, SEM, PPC, email & social media marketing understanding.
• Experience with digital marketing tools like GA, Google Ads, Facebook BM.
• Portfolio is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, search engines, display ads).
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
• Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and ranking.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for marketing materials.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
