Job summary

OutsourcedIn is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Manager to drive online revenue across Australia from a remote setup. You will lead SEO, AEO, GEO, paid ads, content marketing, CRM automation, and sales funnel development to generate qualified B2B inbound leads.

You will own the complete digital growth strategy, manage Shopify/WooCommerce stores, craft high-impact campaigns, and optimise ROAS, CPL, CPA, and overall customer acquisition costs while delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing and e-commerce growth.
• Proven success growing B2B e-commerce revenue.
• Strong SEO, AEO and GEO expertise and inbound lead gen.
• Experience managing Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Landing page creation and lead magnet development.
• Industry-specific campaigns and B2B sales funnels.
• CRM automation and lead nurturing with email sequences.
• Quote request optimisation and corporate account generation.
• Content marketing, AI search visibility, and CRO.
• Manage Google Ads, Performance Max, and other paid channels.
• Develop and optimise landing pages and CRM reporting.
• Analyse data to improve ROAS, CPL, and CPA performance.
