Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking an Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist to lead cross-channel growth for a multi-brand portfolio. You will drive acquisition and profitability using Meta, TikTok/TikTok Shop, and Google Ads, focusing on expanding the main brand while launching new brands.

The role requires a commercially minded growth expert who can optimize unit economics, raise AOV, improve conversions, and deliver measurable ecommerce results through a balanced mix of paid, organic, UGC, and

Qualifications

3+ years in ecommerce performance marketing across multi-channel environments.
Proven profitability with ROAS, CAC, CPA metrics.
Strong ability to optimize AOV and conversion rates.
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Shop, and Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive scalable customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok Shop, and Google Ads (Shopping & Performance Max).
Manage performance marketing across a portfolio of brands, incl. Jenolite and new brands Grain Guard, Mutts & Moggs.
Develop strategies to ensure profitable ecommerce growth, optimizing CAC, AOV and conversions.
Balance paid ads with organic content, UGC testing, creator/affiliate marketing and retargeting.
Leverage TikTok Shop with creators and paid campaigns to accelerate storefront revenue.
