CEO Concierge Service Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Media & E-Commerce for a part-time remote role. You will own and optimize paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and retargeting while driving Shopify conversion and revenue growth.

The position emphasizes measurable results and autonomy. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in performance marketing, hands-on experience with DTC/e-commerce, and strong analytics, with a track record of profitable ad scaling and conversion

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience scaling a DTC or e-commerce business.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and strong Google Ads experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and contribution margin.
• Experience with structured creative, audience, offer, and landing-page testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain performance and recommend clear next steps.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable directly managing campaigns without heavy supervision.
• Must be able to demonstrate measurable revenue results from campaigns personally managed.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and retargeting.
• Develop, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns; manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, MER, and new customer revenue.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them while reducing underperforming spend.
• Manage and optimize Shopify products, collections, promotions, pricing, and landing pages.
• Improve product pages, mobile conversion, cart/checkout, upsells, bundles, cross-sells.
• Lead structured testing across audiences, landing pages, messaging, and creative.
• Analyze creative performance and develop briefs for UGC, video, testimonials, educational and product ads.
• Build weekly growth reports on spend, revenue, CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, AOV, and performance.
