Job summary

Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a Digital Commerce & Brand Performance Manager to grow brands through high-performing digital stores. You will own execution across marketplaces, PDP optimization, and content updates, coordinating with media, creative, and strategy teams to drive conversions and GMV.

In this hands-on role, you'll leverage AI and automation to accelerate keyword research, listing optimization, and reporting while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace mgmt
• Experience managing product listings and storefronts on major marketplaces
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Helium 10 or similar tools
• Strong cross-functional project management and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
• AI tools curiosity

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance and optimization of digital storefronts across marketplaces
• Drive GMV growth through PDP optimization, SEO, pricing, and customer journey improvements
• Track and report on CVR, AOV, ROAS, and retention metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns, content updates, and platform enhancements
