Job summary

RemoteVA PH seeks an experienced E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and Home Depot. You will handle titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and images, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large catalogs. Remote work from the Philippines with flexible collaboration across teams is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce product listing and catalog management.
• Hands-on experience with multiple marketplaces including Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Lowe's, Home Depot, Zoro, MSC, Tractor Supply, or Northern Tool.
• Strong experience with Sellercloud is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across marketplaces.
• Upload product information including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, SKUs, UPCs, and pricing.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Optimize listings for search visibility, conversions, and marketplace requirements.
• Research and verify product information using manufacturer and supplier sources.
• Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and product relationships.
• Identify and correct listing errors, missing information, duplicate listings, and data inconsistencies.
• Work with Sellercloud to manage and synchronize product information across sales channels.
• Perform bulk product uploads and updates using spreadsheets, CSV files, or marketplace tools.
• Monitor listings for compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain missing product information.
• Maintain organized product catalogs and databases.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and marketplace errors.
