Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Digital Marketing Specialist to manage day-to-day digital marketing across advertising, creative content, Shopify performance, email marketing, campaign planning, and reporting.

You will work closely with business owners to execute strategies, especially for seasonal campaigns like Black Friday and Christmas. Strong ecommerce experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or e-commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Shopify and Google Ads Manager is essential.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar ecommerce email platforms.
• Ability to create ad creatives using Canva or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns via Meta Ads Manager.
• Track spend, ROAS, conversions, and audience performance; propose optimizations.
• Coordinate Google Ads campaigns to support customer acquisition goals.
• Monitor Shopify sales, traffic, and advertising performance across customer journey.
• Create and adapt advertising creatives, text, and assets; test and iterate.
• Develop and manage Klaviyo email campaigns and flows.
• Plan campaigns for Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal promotions.
• Identify website/conversion improvements and support optimization efforts.
• Provide regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.
