Boomering inc. is seeking a hands-on E‑commerce Marketing Specialist to drive growth for a luxury British brand from its online store and campaigns. You will own Shopify updates, Klaviyo flows and social content, collaborating with the business owner to deliver impactful results.

The role focuses on improving engagement, conversion and retention across email, social and website content in a polished British tone of voice.

Qualifications

Hands-on Klaviyo experience, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, automation and reporting.
Hands-on Shopify experience, including managing products, collections, pages and promotional content.
Experience creating and managing social media content.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day updates to the Shopify store, including products, collections, descriptions, pages, blogs, banners and promotional content.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and online promotions.
Review website content and customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Ensure website content remains accurate, polished and consistent with the brand.
Create, schedule and manage Klaviyo email campaigns.
Build, maintain and improve automated flows and customer segments.
Support customer retention and repeat-purchase initiatives.
Review campaign performance and use the results to recommend improvements.
Develop email content that reflects a polished and natural British tone of voice.
Plan, create, schedule and publish social media content across relevant platforms.
