Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to own the brand's online presence, from launching the website to developing a social media strategy and content calendar. You will translate the founder's vision into polished content, manage email marketing campaigns, and drive decisions on where the brand appears online.

You’ll create engaging marketing content, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to maximize engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building a brand's online presence from the ground up, ideally for startups or small businesses.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with graphic design and content creation for social media.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Background in wellness, coaching, or health-related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage the company website and connect it to the domain and ensure full functionality.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms to build brand awareness.
• Create engaging digital marketing content including graphics, flyers, and social media posts reflecting the brand identity.
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospective coaching clients.
• Translate founder's content plans into polished marketing materials ready for publication.
• Monitor social media performance and adjust posting schedules and content strategies to maximize engagement.
