MicroSourcing is seeking a Shopify Backend & SEO Specialist to support the development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns across national programs. The role involves coordinating Local Area Marketing activities, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of marketing experience, a relevant degree, and a data-driven approach to optimize KPIs and ROI while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or multi-location environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and executing marketing communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand management, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and measuring KPIs, ROI, and business impact.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns in line with guidelines and objectives.
• Assist with national promotions, marketing communications, catalogue campaigns, sponsorships, and retail events.
• Coordinate Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities with broader national campaigns.
• Support campaign planning, media coordination, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, providing insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external service providers for campaign execution.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and contribute to overall marketing initiatives.
