Job summary

Amped HQ is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations & Technical Delivery Specialist to oversee large-scale web development projects. You will bridge account leads, clients, and development teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and high-quality delivery.

You will not need to be a full-stack developer, but you’ll translate business needs into concrete technical tasks, engage with developers on APIs and integrations, and assess feasibility under pressure, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior-level experience managing e-commerce website development projects for large-scale clients.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce/Magento or BigCommerce.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations without coding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to align on project goals, timelines, and priorities.
• Act as a liaison between development/QA teams and client stakeholders.
• Drive sprint execution, monitor burndown rates, and manage work in Wrike, Teamwork, Jira, or equivalent tools.
• Translate vague client briefs into clear technical tasks with acceptance criteria.
• Review time estimates with developers and ensure on-time delivery within SLAs.
