ECOG Core Technologies is seeking a Project Delivery & Operations Manager to transform client commitments into successful deliveries. You will build execution systems, manage resources, and ensure projects finish with quality and accountability across teams.

You will work with Team Leaders and Management to improve delivery performance, visibility, and operational excellence. This role requires leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable outcomes for client projects.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Project Delivery / Operations / IT Services / Agency / Implementation environments.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading Team Leaders or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to recover delayed projects and improve delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, and operational processes.
• Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and make practical decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple client project portfolios
• Create execution plans, milestones, ownership, and delivery timelines
• Lead Team Leaders and drive accountability across teams
• Monitor project health using status tracking, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Handle client communication, escalations, and expectation management
• Improve productivity through better resource allocation and process improvements
• Build SOPs, dashboards, review systems, and operational frameworks
• Ensure quality checks, approvals, documentation, and billing readiness
• Control scope changes, additional efforts, and delivery impact
