Job summary

Wing is seeking an E-commerce Operations Lead to join a fully remote global team. You will manage Amazon/e-commerce activities, update listings, and pull sales data into spreadsheets while coordinating FBA shipments.

You’ll support accounting by feeding inventory data into Pilot and preparing month-end packages for the CPA. This role requires strong English communication, process-improvement capability, and meticulous numerical work.

Qualifications

• Capable of building and improving processes (SOPs) and working independently.
• High attention to detail in spreadsheets, invoices, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon & e-commerce advertising, listings, and inventory; pull sales data into Excel; coordinate FBA shipments.
• Feed inventory data into Pilot accounting software; process invoices and month-end packages for CPA.
• Maintain USDA/FDA compliance files; coordinate with 3PLs and customs brokers; handle cross-entity workflows.

E-commerce Operations Lead

And we’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Lead to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Amazon & E-commerce: Managing advertising, updating listings, pulling sales data into Excel spreadsheets, monitoring inventory, and coordinating FBA shipments.
• Accounting Support: Pulling Amazon inventory data to feed into Pilot (their accounting software), entering invoices, and preparing month-end support packages for the CPA.
• Compliance & Logistics: Maintaining USDA/FDA compliance files, coordinating with 3PLs and custom brokers, and handling cross-entity workflows.

Qualifications:

• English Proficiency: Strong reading, comprehension, and speaking skills are required. They must understand detailed operational, compliance, logistics, and financial instructions.
• High-Level Operator: Must be capable of building and improving processes (SOPs) alongside him, bringing proactive ideas to the table, and eventually working independently.
• Numerical & Reconciliation Skills: High attention to detail is critical, as errors in spreadsheets, invoices, or inventory tracking can quickly cause major problems.

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱70K/month
