The role requires 3-5 years in ecommerce customer service, strong Shopify experience, and familiarity with Gorgias. Potential to transition to full-time as the business grows. 100% remote work and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service/support, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strong technical proficiency with Shopify and familiarity with Gorgias or similar tools.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Reliable, consistent, and trustworthy with minimal supervision.
• Clear written English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage customer tickets and workflows using Gorgias.
• Handle order-related requests through Shopify, including refunds and status updates.
• Assist customers with subscription management and account changes.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to align support with company standards and growth.
