Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Operations professional to support daily execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer platforms. You will collaborate with the enabler to align priorities, manage campaigns, and resolve order issues.

You will monitor inventory, run sales reports, and coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth platform performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, marketplace support, or digital commerce.
• Hands-on exposure to TikTok Shop; Shopee and Lazada experience preferred.
• Experience working with E-commerce enablers or agencies strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined execution mindset.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and multiple systems.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; SAP or ERP exposure is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily E-commerce execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or DTC platforms.
• Work with the E-commerce enabler on a daily basis to align on priorities, execution status, and issue resolution.
• Execute campaigns, promotions, vouchers, pricing, and content updates with the enabler.
• Support execution of mega campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, Payday, Brand Days).
• Conduct daily platform checks (SKUs, pricing, campaigns, orders, ratings).
• Monitor inventory availability and flag OOS or fulfilment risks to the Manager and enabler.
• Track and prepare sales and performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, store health).
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and the enabler to resolve platform or order issues.
