Job summary

Persist Brands is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and scale our DTC ecommerce business. You will manage Shopify stores, optimize the customer journey, and drive conversion and revenue in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will work across ecommerce operations, growth marketing, analytics, and experimentation, leveraging CRO, A/B testing, and PDP optimization to improve store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on ecommerce management experience.
• Strong track record in scaling Shopify/Shopify Plus stores.
• Proven CRO and funnel optimization expertise.
• Knowledge of paid acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Shopify store management and performance.
• Lead CRO, A/B testing, and optimization of PDPs, pages, and checkout.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and CAC/LTV efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and ops teams.
• Oversee dropshipping ops, supplier coordination, and fulfillment.
