vamasters, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Shopify E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to own and grow four Shopify websites. You’ll refine layouts, improve the shopping experience, plan promotions, and actively drive revenue across all stores.

This hands-on role focuses on CRO, UX, SEO, and data-driven decisions. You’ll edit themes, run A/B tests, coordinate campaigns with email marketing, and report weekly performance with actionable insights.

Qualificações

4+ years hands-on Shopify e-commerce experience managing and optimizing stores.
Experience managing multiple websites or e-commerce brands.
Strong CRO, UX understanding and online merchandising.
Ability to edit Shopify themes, sections, and layouts.
Experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and promotional campaigns.
Design sense with Canva or Figma.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proven ability to improve e-commerce performance with measurable results.
Composed, organized, and independent.

Responsabilidades

Run and maintain four Shopify websites, including layouts, banners, and navigation.
Manage product info, pricing, images, and promos.
Improve mobile and desktop shopping experience and troubleshoot issues.
Raise conversion rates and average order value across paths.
Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements.
Build monthly and seasonal promotional calendars and campaigns.
Align promotions with emails and digital marketing, review results.
Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and AOV in Shopify Analytics and GA4.
Prepare weekly updates and monthly growth reports with recommendations.
Optimize site content for SEO and support email marketing and retention.
