Job summary

Avenir Collective is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support day-to-day performance of our direct-to-consumer brands. You will execute CRM activity, maintain Shopify stores, and deliver accurate ecommerce reporting, ensuring channels run smoothly while enabling broader growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will own recurring activities, build campaigns, coordinate with external agencies, and help optimise customer journeys across brands in a fast-paced start-up

Qualifications

• Experience with Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
• Working knowledge of Shopify and updating product pages, content and pricing.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics (ROAS, ROI, CAC, LTV).
• Familiarity with GA4 or Microsoft Clarity is advantageous.
• Experience with subscriptions or loyalty programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and QA Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows across brands and markets.
• Support customer segmentation and list management for targeted campaigns.
• Maintain Shopify stores including pages, content, pricing and collections.
• Support subscription offerings and loyalty programme administration.
• Produce and maintain ecommerce reporting dashboards tracking key metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and conversion improvements.
• Coordinate day-to-day activity with external agencies and manage timelines.
• Provide administrative and project support across ecommerce initiatives.
