Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a results-focused Shopify Store Manager (CRO) to own storefront improvement, funnel architecture, and performance marketing for a Sacramento-based beverage brand's D2C site. You will audit, redesign, and optimize the Shopify store and supporting WordPress pages to maximize conversions while shaping end-to-end sales funnels.

This remote role requires hands-on CRO, funnel optimization, SEO, analytics, and retention automations, with a track record of boosting AOV and ROIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Shopify stores with CRO results.
• Portfolio of end-to-end e-commerce improvements.
• Strong funnel and landing page optimization skills.
• Hands-on WordPress experience.
• Paid ads experience with ROI improvements.
• SEO on-page optimization experience.
• Self-directed with minimal daily oversight.

Responsibilities

• Revamp Shopify storefront for UX and checkout.
• Optimize WordPress pages and connect with Shopify funnel.
• Implement CRO across product listings and checkout flows.
• Design end-to-end customer funnels and retention automations.
• Set up abandoned cart recoveries and tracking workflows.
• Deliver weekly performance reports detailing traffic and conversions.
