Decolure, owned by Ecotero LLC, seeks a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end DTC paid acquisition and commercial performance across Shopify, Meta, and Google. You will optimize growth, profitability, and measurement to scale the DTC channel.

You will own budget, testing, and creative direction, with a focus on data-driven decisions, incremental testing, and clear weekly updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven DTC paid media ownership: managed at least USD 30,000 per month for 6+ months.
• Demonstrated growth ownership: led a genuine DTC growth step (3x monthly revenue or 50k→150k/mo).
• Advanced hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads: current platform mastery.
• Financial literacy that survives a live test: derive break-even blended efficiency and CAC ceiling.
• Difference between average and marginal efficiency and why last dollar can lose money.
• A documented example of reducing or stopping spend with a threshold and outcome.
• Hands-on Shopify and ecommerce analytics: understanding data discrepancies between store and platform.
• One AI workflow you built and used.
• Clear written and spoken English and strong remote working habits.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid acquisition P&L for Decolure DTC, including ROAS and profitability.
• Account and campaign architecture across Meta and Google; budget pacing and daily allocation.
• Define the growth ladder and justify spend moves monthly.
• Ensure measurement quality with server-side tracking and reconciliations.
• Lead testing system with hypotheses and kill criteria; scale cadence as budget allows.
• Provide creative direction for paid media in partnership with the creative team.
• Define audience and competitor targets with precise incrementality checks.
• Weekly commercial view: summarize performance and next actions.
• Scale budgets only when prior contribution supports it.
