Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced BuildOps Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and dispatch commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing service technicians. The role requires hands-on BuildOps experience and the ability to manage emergency and scheduled service in a 24/7 setting.

You will dispatch technicians, monitor routes and job status, and communicate with customers on ETA and updates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BuildOps experience
• Experience dispatching HVAC, refrigeration, electrical or plumbing technicians
• Able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 service environment
• Strong scheduling, multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Calm under pressure and quick decision-making during emergency dispatch
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule field technicians using BuildOps
• Coordinate emergency service calls and preventive maintenance appointments
• Monitor technician routes, job status and completion times
• Update work orders, service notes and customer records in BuildOps
• Communicate with customers regarding ETA, scheduling and updates
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient job execution
• Prioritize urgent service requests while optimizing schedules
• Maintain dispatch logs and follow up on open work orders
