Emapta Philippines is seeking an Operational Support Representative to coordinate dispatch, scheduling, and field service support for a U.S. consumer services client. You will assist with route optimization, workforce planning, and technician support from a home-based setup.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, quick learning of new tools, and effective collaboration with internal teams. This position offers permanent WFH, night differential, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, coordination, or operations support roles.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Quiet and professional work-from-home environment suitable for voice calls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure efficient routing and service coverage.
• Contact customers to schedule, reschedule, and adjust service appointments, including specific services, per protocols.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on location, service requirements and availability.
• Communicate with technicians to relay schedule updates in real time.
• Assist with route optimization and workforce planning to maximize operational efficiency.
• Track and manage job assignments to ensure accurate completion of all work orders.
• Perform administrative tasks and support company or department projects as requested.
• Support other departments with operational tasks and responsibilities as needed.
