Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Scheduling Support Specialist to coordinate smarter schedules for home care clients and Care Professionals. You will respond quickly to changing needs, ensuring continuity of care and strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes learning new technologies, organizational excellence, and teamwork with Client Services and Recruitment to maintain staffing levels and service quality.

Qualifications

• :3-5 years of scheduling experience in home care, logistics, or related environment
• Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM software
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Build effective and efficient schedules around client and Care Professionals needs
• Account for travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute cancellations
• Respond promptly to scheduling changes and coordinate with team members
• Match Care Professionals with new clients in partnership with Client Services Team
• Align client schedules with needs while maintaining consistency weekly
• Develop strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals
• Collaborate with Recruitment Team to maintain staffing levels
• Coordinate with Care Team to schedule new and existing packages promptly
• Maintain accurate client and Care Professional data in scheduling system
• Perform other duties to support business operations
• Ensure compliance with client Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities policies
