Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive performance marketing leadership experience ideally in a fast-paced agency or high-growth brand environment.
• Deep, multi-channel media mastery across Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
• Advanced proficiency with GA4, attribution models, and BI tools to measure and optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Manage large-scale client advertising budgets and optimize ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Present growth roadmaps and forecasts to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing team of marketers, analysts, and managers.
