In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and scaling performance marketing efforts across major digital channels. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution tasks, including updating ad campaigns, refreshing creative assets, and pulling performance reporting across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Update, launch, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across major ad networks, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Creative Operations: Upload, test, and swap out creative assets (copy, graphics, video) to keep ad variations fresh and optimize engagement.
• Data & Analytics: Pull, aggregate, and report performance data across various ad platforms to track KPIs and support growth strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Assist the growth team in monitoring performance marketing metrics and identifying opportunities for campaign improvements.
• SEO Support: Support digital presence initiatives and search optimization tactics as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media (PPC), or SEO.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising interfaces such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
