Fenyx is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead multi-channel growth, oversee paid media, advanced analytics, and marketing technology integration across our brands. You will build and scale a high-performing team of performance marketers, data analysts, and media specialists, bridging strategy with execution to maximize revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

7+ years of performance marketing leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
Deep expertise managing multi-channel budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic.
Advanced proficiency with GA4, attribution models, server-side tracking, and BI tools.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating AI tools and automated bidding into media workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, affiliate and more.
Oversee multi-channel budgets to maximize ROAS and CAC/LTV.
Partner with creative and design teams for high-velocity testing and optimization.
Build and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team with clear KPIs.
