Job summary

Dermorepubliq seeks a Head of Performance & Growth, the senior performance marketing leader responsible for paid acquisition economics, conversion performance, and measurable incremental demand across all digital channels. This role shapes growth strategy at the business level and builds a scalable, data-driven growth engine.

Reporting to Marketing Director, you will lead the Performance Marketing team, set targets, and own the budget while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize CAC,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record owning paid acquisition economics and driving measurable growth.
• Deep expertise across TikTok Ads, Meta, Google/YouTube, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performance marketing teams.
• Strong background in growth analytics, attribution modeling, and incrementality measurement.
• Experience with CRO, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing is strongly preferred.
• Background in beauty, FMCG, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across all performance channels with brand-level ROAS.
• Define the investment framework for paid media and optimize budgets across channels.
• Set growth targets aligned with topline revenue and category goals.
• Lead and develop the Performance Marketing team across all functions.
• Oversee CRO and CRM efforts to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Drive incrementality thinking and real-time performance reporting.
• Ensure cross-channel integration with content, affiliate, and CRM teams.
