Job summary

Fenyx is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own our MarTech stack, drive AI enablement across agency teams, and oversee technical ad operations to scale performance. You will bridge digital strategy, media buying, and analytics to build scalable, error-free pipelines.

Based in the Philippines, this remote role requires 1–2 onsite monthly meetings in Makati/Taguig, and strong leadership to implement SOPs, governance, and data-driven optimization across departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or ad ops
• Experience with AI workflow integrations
• Strong knowledge of GTM, GA4, CAPI
• Ability to document SOPs and scale workflows
• Excellent English communication
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MarTech software
