Job summary

Fenyx is seeking a Paid Media Assistant to support Lead Paid Media Specialists and cross-functional teams. The role centers on loading campaigns, targeting audiences, and leveraging AI for optimization.

You will monitor campaigns daily, generate reports, and contribute to campaign research and strategy. Strong English communication and proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Gcal

Role : Paid Media Assistant

A successful Paid Media Assistant will provide support for the Lead Paid Media Specialists and our teams.

This role has 5 core functions

• Load campaigns and campaign assets with ad targeting
• Able to leverage A.I. for paid media tasks
• Daily, weekly and monthly campaign monitoring and reporting
• Campaign research, planning and strategy

This includes but is not limited to the following ::

Load campaigns and campaign assets with ad targeting

• Setup and configure targeting for campaigns with GEO targeting, audiences and ad types
• Ability to create and leverage audience types (Remarketing Audiences, Custom Audiences, Lookalike, etc)
• Experience with different bidding types and setting bid caps
• Confident in selecting objectives and ad types for a campaign that match desired outcomes for the campaign
• Uploading ad copy, ad creatives and organizing these into an effective campaign structure

Able to leverage A.I. for critical tasks

Able to leverage LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude

• for data analysis campaign performance
• optimization recommendations for campaigns
• competitor and target audience research to identify audiences
• to write effective ad copy, ad headlines and descriptions for ads

Daily, weekly and monthly campaign monitoring and reporting

• Daily and weekly monitoring to ensure ads are active and compliant with platform standards
• Accuracy with exporting campaign data and manual data entry into Google Sheets
• Ability to update trackers and create reports in Google Sheets
• Document paid campaign timelines into project management software
• Support monthly and weekly reporting for ad campaign performance

Campaign research, planning and strategy

• Collaborate with team members on paid media briefs and strategy
• Ability to develop clear and detailed media plans to reach campaign objectives
• Experience with tools like SEMRush, Google Ads Transparency Center, Spyfu, etc

Required Experience

• Must have at least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Gcal

Important Note: This role is remote, but will require 1 to 2 onsite team wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig or Taguig.
