Job summary

Wing is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to drive campaigns end-to-end—from planning to reporting—across WordPress sites, email, social, and ads. You’ll coordinate with ownership and creative teams to keep projects on track and deliverables on time.

This remote, full-time role requires strong organization, excellent written and spoken English, and hands-on experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva, and hospitality tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English skills and daily coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva.
• Hospitality industry experience is a big plus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Marketing project management: track deadlines, coordinate requests, attend daily check-ins, follow up on projects.
• Website & digital presence: update sites, manage online menus/hours, upload media, review SEO lists.
• Social media marketing: schedule content, post, organize libraries, coordinate shoots, pull analytics.
