ConnectUs Marketing Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing and Project Coordination specialist to support client brand identity, messaging, and content strategy. You will create and manage social media content across platforms, plan email and SMS campaigns, and coordinate with teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or marketing campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients' brand identity, messaging, and content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content and digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages.
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and content opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending deliverables.
• Respond to emails and phone calls, organize calendars, and schedule meetings.
