Job summary

Wing is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to manage campaigns end-to-end in a fully remote setup. You will coordinate between ownership and creative teams, track deadlines, and report progress.

You will update WordPress/Wix sites, run Email & SMS campaigns with Mailchimp, manage Meta and Google Ads, and compile monthly analytics. Hospitality background a plus; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Hands-on experience with required marketing and hospitality tools (WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva, etc.).
• Background in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is a plus.
• Highly organized and capable of marketing project management.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Project Management: track deadlines, coordinate requests between ownership and creative teams, attend daily check-ins/weekly meetings, follow up on projects.
• Website & Digital Presence: update WordPress/Wix sites, manage online menus and business hours, review SEO checklists.
• Social Media Marketing: schedule content, upload posts/reels, coordinate shoots, pull monthly analytics.
• Email & SMS Marketing: build campaigns, maintain customer databases, create performance reports.
• Digital Advertising: create and manage Meta Ads, monitor Google Ads, prepare monthly reports.
• PR & Influencer Marketing: research and contact local media/influencers, track placements.
• Reputation Management: monitor online reviews, draft responses, manage staff contests.
• Creative Support: simple graphic updates in Canva.
• Reporting & Analytics: compile monthly marketing reports and generate executive summaries.
