Job summary

Wing is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and drive performance across paid ads, email/CRM, and social campaigns for multiple brands.

You will build scalable workflows in Figma, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace, optimize campaigns with data-driven insights, and collaborate across seven brands with minimal direction.

This role starts immediately and offers 100% work-from-home flexibility with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Must be highly autonomous and able to build systems/workflows from scratch.
• Strong in performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and email/CRM marketing.
• Proficient in Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace and paid advertising platforms.
• Able to proactively recommend campaign improvements and work across up to seven brands without step-by-step direction.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Create social media assets in Figma and publish content across brands.
• Pull and analyze performance reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish repeatable marketing processes and organize assets in Google Workspace.
