Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and drive performance across paid ads, email/CRM, social, and analytics.

The role is 20 hours per week, remote with an AUS-friendly schedule. You’ll manage campaigns in Meta/Google, build Klaviyo flows, create social content in Figma, and report on results while optimizing processes for up to seven brands. Competitive salary up to ₱50K per month.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Must be highly autonomous and capable of building systems and workflows from scratch.
• Proficient in Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid ads platforms.

Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google).
• Email & CRM Marketing: Build, upload, schedule, and deploy email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. Convert approved designs into campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple brands using client guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Pull and organize performance reports across channels; track metrics and provide recommendations.
• Marketing Operations: Establish repeatable marketing processes and organize assets in Google Workspace.
