Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Ad Operations Team Lead to supervise a hands-on advertising operations team. This first-line manager coordinates coverage, workload planning, delivery quality, and client communications across campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring and reporting.

The role requires at least three years in Ad Operations, with five+ preferred, plus experience leading a team. You will coach staff, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to procedures while enabling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years hands-on Ad Operations experience; five+ years preferred.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading an operational team.
• Hands-on experience with at least one relevant platform (e.g., GAM, CM360, DV360, etc.).
• Excel proficiency (formulas, sorting, filtering, reporting) and basic Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal English, leadership, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, good judgment, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily team activities, assign and prioritize work, monitor queues, meet deadlines.
• Manage schedules, attendance, leave, shifts, and staffing risks with the manager.
• Set performance expectations; provide coaching and formal reviews when required.
• Track workload, capacity, utilization, and reallocate resources as needed.
• Maintain accountability for quality, SLAs, and operational reliability.
• Review dashboards and action items; coordinate corrective actions and risks.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and information-security requirements.
• Perform Ad Operations tasks when necessary to maintain continuity.
• Represent the team in governance meetings and client communications.
• Coordinate escalations, root-cause analysis, and action items.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists on onboarding and cross-training.
• Develop coaching, coverage, and readiness plans; maintain procedures records.
