Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Advertising Operations Team Lead who will supervise day-to-day operations and oversee a team handling campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting. This remote role requires 3+ years in Ad Operations and leadership experience, with exposure to major DSPs and ad platforms.

You will coach staff, manage workloads, and ensure client satisfaction while upholding quality and process standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• 3+ years hands-on Ad Operations experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading an operational team.
• Hands-on with at least one major platform (GAM, CM360, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Strong Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams skills and quick learning ability.
• Excellent written and verbal English, leadership, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily team activities, assign and prioritize work, meet deadlines and client commitments.
• Manage schedules, attendance, shift handoffs, and staffing risks with management.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews when required.
• Monitor metrics, quality, delivery, and escalations; ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients on campaigns, reporting, and optimization.
