MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support tactical marketing plans and campaigns from a home-based setting. You will collaborate with the Engagement Strategy team and BSD to ensure accurate execution across channels such as display, email, and print.

Responsibilities

• Execute, activate, and manage tactical plans from the Engagement Strategy team.
• Work with Engagement Planning and BSD to ensure correct campaign execution.
• Develop proficiency in planning tools (Empower, MAP, MediaVitals).
• Assist in developing and executing tactical plans across Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Print Media, POC, and Conferences.
• Coordinate with BSD to execute contracts for media channels.
• Create production grids and gather creative specifications for agency partners.
• Meet supplier partners to stay informed on existing and emerging media technologies.
• Support brand-specific engagement planning and execution activities.
