MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This entry-level role provides training across ad operations and requires a detail-oriented candidate with strong data skills.

You'll work from home with a collaborative team, and you can expect exposure to multiple ad platforms, reporting tasks, and ongoing development opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in digital advertising and ad operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, trafficking, launch, and maintenance of digital campaigns across channels.
• Assist with tagging, pixels, and tracking URL implementation and QA checks.
• Prepare recurring reports and pacing summaries using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide client-facing support when required.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and documentation according to SOPs.
• Follow information security and data-handling requirements.
