Job summary

New Energy Nexus in Manila seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations and data quality. You will manage CRM data, generate monthly fundraising reports, and assist with proposals, grants, and donor communications.

This full-time, remote role focuses on organized data entry, cross-team coordination, and reliable administrative support for the Development team across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, operations, development, or similar experience.
• Experience with a CRM, database, or information management system (e.g. Zendesk Sell, Salesforce, Hubspot).
• Experience working with spreadsheets and presenting data clearly.
• Experience coordinating information across multiple people or teams.
• Nonprofit fundraising or grant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor, contact, opportunity, and proposal data in the CRM.
• Produce monthly fundraising reports and organize data for clear presentation.
• Support proposals, grants, and funder materials using standard templates.
• Assist with donor communications and event logistics.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Development team.
