Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK is hiring a Junior Data Operations Coordinator to support our sales, recruitment, and marketing teams. You will manage lead generation, CRM data quality, and platform operations across the business. This remote role is Philippines-based with UK working hours and an early start.

You will help feed leads to SDRs, maintain data integrity, and support campaigns and talent matching. Join a growing team and gain exposure to UK recruitment and SaaS operations, with a 13th month

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with formulas and data tools.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
• Experience with CRM systems or databases.
• Strong written English for emails and notes.
• Able to work independently toward daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads per day with direct telephone numbers.
• Research and verify contact information for target companies and decision-makers.
• Feed lead data directly to SDRs to support their outreach pipeline.
• Maintain data quality across the OHUB platform, managing AI tagging and flags.
• Review and report on sales funnel data and pipeline metrics.
• Platform growth initiatives and data-driven marketing support.
• Assist with candidate data enrichment to improve match quality.
