DCX is hiring a Home-Based Account Manager Trainee in the Philippines to manage the promotional order lifecycle from sourcing to post-order support. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare client-facing presentations, and maintain proactive communication with clients to grow assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in related fields, with strong English communication and experience with CRM/order platforms. This is a full-time, remote role with WFH benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications)
• 6+ years in a transferable field: account management, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, order management, supply chain, e-commerce, and/or marketing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google apps; exposure to Workday, Asana, and CRM is a plus.
• CRM & order management platform experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end promotional order lifecycle
• Source products via SAGE, ESP Web, CommonSKU, and other platforms
• Prepare & deliver client-facing presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing & timelines
• Proactive client communication on order status
• Support the team with proactive client outreach to grow assigned accounts
• Manage Online Company Stores & post-order support
