Delegate CX in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based DCX Account Manager Trainee to handle end-to-end promotional order processes for client accounts. You will source products, coordinate pricing and timelines, and deliver client-facing presentations while maintaining proactive communication.

The role requires strong English communication, 6+ years in related fields, and proficiency with CRM tools, Workday, and Asana. This is a full-time, remote position with US CST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• 6+ years in account management, vendor management, or related fields.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Experience with CRM and order management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end promotional order lifecycle.
• Source products via SAGE, ESP Web, CommonSKU, and other platforms.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing and timelines.
• Proactive client communication on order status.
• Support outreach to grow assigned accounts.
• Manage Online Company Stores and post-order support.
