Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Promotional, E‑Commerce, or similar roles.
• English proficiency: strong verbal and written communication.
• Working schedule: overnight/US hours compatible shifts.
• Industry knowledge: familiarity with promo products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile and prospect client base via outbound calls.
• Source new opportunities using marketing tools and resources.
• Update customer profiles in CRM using probing skills.
• Identify trends in the Promotional Product Industry and report them.
• Provide information on styles, inventory, pricing, policies by phone, email, and web.
