Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support daily orders, marketing projects, and client coordination for US clients. You will design materials in Canva, manage social content, and assist with campaigns while using HubSpot and Monday.com to track tasks and CRM workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in executive support or marketing, a college degree in marketing or related field, and strong English communication. Overnight US hours align with Philippine time.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 2+ years in executive support, project coordination, or marketing.
• Experience in promotional products or creative agencies preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work graveyard/overnight US hours in Philippine time.
• Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot, and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Support daily orders follow-up and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist in marketing projects: create materials, schedule social content, email campaigns.
• Manage client presentations and RFPs; source pricing and samples.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM workflows and Monday.com boards.
• Build and manage client online stores on Shopify/BrightStores.
