Booth & Partners is hiring a Data Exchange Technical Analyst for a 100% remote role in the Philippines. You will monitor data flows, troubleshoot file and API pipelines, and perform root-cause analysis across healthcare eligibility and claims data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Data Operations Analyst, Systems Analyst, Production Support Analyst, or Application Support Engineer.
• SQL: multi-table joins, data reconciliations, filtering scripts.
• Linux: navigation and scripting to inspect large data files.
• REST API payloads: JSON/XML/CSV parsing and validation.
• Clear written and verbal English communication with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate daily inbound and outbound file transfers (SFTP) and API data pipelines.
• Audit large flat files, CSVs, fixed-width formats, JSON, and XML payloads for data quality.
• Trace data workflows to identify failures across system integrations and automated transfers.
• Perform routine data auditing and cleanups to keep pipelines accurate and reliable.
• Analyze REST API transactions, inspect payloads and status codes, and document errors.
• Write intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries to investigate production database issues.
• Reconcile raw source files and API payloads against Informix relational tables.
• Work in Linux environments with command-line utilities to analyze large data sets.
• Review logs to diagnose processing failures and job anomalies.
• Coordinate with internal development teams to hand off complex bugs with evidence.
