Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Field Analytics Customer Support Analyst to work remotely in the Philippines with night shifts. You will provide direct technical support for the FieldAlytics app on web and mobile, troubleshoot issues, and maintain Salesforce records.

You’ll document findings and collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing tickets, communicating with clients, and contributing to knowledge sharing while adapting to evolving product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Agricultural Studies, Agronomy, or related field.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to understand customer needs and build trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical info clearly.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to users of the FieldAlytics application on web and mobile.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to app functionality, data setup, and connectivity.
• Document issues, steps, and resolutions; provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Log and maintain customer interactions in Salesforce; follow up with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
