Sagility is hiring a USRN Clinical Analyst to work remotely from the Philippines with a shifting schedule. The role requires an active Philippine RN and USRN license, plus 1+ year bedside/clinical experience.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 50 Mbps internet requirement for work-at-home setup. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, documenting interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Philippine RN license and USRN license, valid for at least 6 months.
• At least 1 year bedside or clinical experience as Staff Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and relevant software.
• Must have a COE.
• Must currently reside within 25 km of the Quezon City site.
• WAH-ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and conduct initial assessments to determine the most appropriate type of care.
• Accurately and promptly document patient interactions.
