MicroSourcing is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst in Eastwood, Quezon City for an onsite, full-time role with EST night-shift hours. You will conduct benchmarking, build datasets, and develop capacity models to guide operational decisions.

The role requires 5–7 years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, experience with APIs, and the ability to translate data into clear insights for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong SQL skills and Python or scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
• Experience with large, complex datasets, data cleaning and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry benchmarking using internal and external data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop customer-specific analyses on performance trends, competitiveness, and health indicators.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Develop capacity models for workload forecasting and resource planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs into unified datasets and automate processes.
