Job summary

eClerx LLC seeks a detail-oriented analyst to organize borrower data, perform reconciliations, and prepare testing selections and analytical schedules. You will review documentation, craft follow-up requests, and contribute to report schedules with strong attention to detail.

As you gain experience, you may own sections like accounts receivable or inventory and collaborate with US teams. The role requires data analysis skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work night shifts (US hours)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with large data sets and understand financial statements and general ledger accounting.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify unusual transactions and trends and clearly document analysis and conclusions.
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to communicate professionally on borrower management calls.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Willingness to ask questions and investigate differences rather than simply processing information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members located in the United States and other jurisdictions.
• Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
• Must be able to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).

Responsibilities

• Organizing and cleaning borrower data and preparing databases for analysis.
• Performing detailed reconciliations and preparing testing selections.
• Reviewing supporting documentation and completing detailed testing.
• Preparing analytical schedules and updating examination workpapers.
• Identifying exceptions and developing questions arising from testing.
• Preparing initial follow-up requests and trend analyses.
• Drafting portions of report schedules and narratives.
• Performing report tie-outs and quality-control procedures.
• Maintaining organized testing support and participating in borrower calls relevant to their work.
• As experience increases, owning individual examination sections such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, or specific testing procedures.
